Employer Comment:

This is a program that has a reciprocal effect. Not
only is it an excellent opportunity for businesses to
give back by training today’s youth to be productive
professionals in the workforce, but the training &
experience that mentors are able to provide helps
give each student the best competitive edge possible
for the rest of their working life. Often, the students
that participate in the Youth Apprenticeship come
back during college breaks, helping out businesses
during those lean-staffed times and some even
continue on as employees after graduation.
