Company Overview
Autoline Industries, USA is a United States based Tier One metal components
supplier.

The Autoline Industries Indiana, LLC. Jack Assembly business is the result of the
acquisition of the Butler, Indiana based business from Dura Automotive Systems.

The parent company Autoline Industries is a medium sized engineering and auto
ancillary company, supplying sheet metal components, assemblies, sub
assemblies and tubular assemblies like silencers and exhaust systems to the
Indian auto industry, with plants located in India in addition to the Butler, Indiana
location.


 Started in 1946, in a garage in Spencerville, IN, as
Universal Tool & Stamping
 Operations moved to Butler, Indiana in 1950
 Evolved from Single Hit Dies to Progressive Dies in 1960's
 Product Evolved from Bumper Jacks to Scissors Jacks
 Acme Metals Purchased Operations in early 90's
 Dura Automotive Systems, Inc. bought the company in March
1998
 Bottle Jack Production Located Here From Ausco in 2003
 Autoline purchased operation in December 2007
