Grip the injector safely, protecting the
thumb from accidental injection
Remove blue safety release before injection.
1. Pull off blue safety release
2. Swing and firmly push orange tip against
outer thigh so it “clicks.” HOLD on thigh for
10 seconds.
3. Orange tip extends upon use.
Orange safety sheath extends
after injection, so be sure to hold against
thigh for full 10 seconds.
Always dispose of used injectors in an
approved sharps container.
