• High performance computing (HPC) is extensively used for structural & functional annotation of genomes .
• In silico modules of Open Source for Drug Discovery (OSDD) have been developed and are maintained at this facility.
• More than 200 web services have been developed by BIC team in the field of bioinformatics, drug & vaccine informatics
• Computational facility is heavily used for annotating and assembling genomes from NGS data (short read sequences)
• BIC team developed more than 20 database important for designing, discovering and screening drugs and vaccines
