Using the 4 indications of good leadership,
you can determine for yourself whether or not
your area is led well

loyalty to, pride in, and
enthusiasm for a unit shown by
the members of that unit
Proficiency – is the technical,
tactical, and physical ability to
do a job well
I can’t take my organization beyond where I am
