The European Archive is a digital
library of cultural artifacts in
digital form. Based in Amsterdam
and Paris, the European Archive
is a non-profit foundation working
towards universal access to all
knowledge as publicly accessible
as possible.
With the technical support of the
Internet Archive and XS4ALL,
the European Archive has
installed a repository with 250
terabytes (250 000 giga-bytes)
capacity in Amsterdam via
which a large collection digital
material (text, music, moving
images, software) can be
accessed.

Dr. Phil Wilkin, Social Sciences

System, University of Pittsburgh, AEI
Editor, and Dr. Michael Nentwich,

Vienna, Austria, a managing editor

Library
Since 1987, this site is a joint
project by the Archivists of the
Ministries of Foreign Affairs and
the European Union. It provides in
the form of a guide, summary
details of the various collections
as well as, selected bibliography
and studies strictly related to the
collections concerning the
process for European cooperation and integration, from
1945 to 1973 (first enlargement to
the EU). Hyperlinks makes it
