Disadvantaged Business Enterprises
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) 3%. $500,000 or
more for a construction contract. Submit complete schedule of DBE
participation and Letters of Intent. All DBEs must have current WMATA DBE
certifications.

completed “DBE Unavailability Certifications” (Attachment B-3) as appropriate.
