Min, grew Epsilon Systems beyond its original Mailbox Etc. address
to a humble headquarters office in Barrio Logan
• First work - small consulting agreement ~ $10K
• First payroll – 7 persons
• Shortly following inception, anchor offices were
established in Albuquerque, NM and Portsmouth, VA,
launching Epsilon Systems' national presence

– Designed to protect U.S. Navy assets from
terrorist attack similar to that experienced by
the USS COLE (DDG 67) in Yemen
– Fabricated and installed over 22 Barrier and
Mooring systems in 7 locations worldwide
– Currently providing engineering and maintenance
support for over 9 Barrier and Mooring Systems

Maintenance Center (SWRMC)
– Serve to augment SWRMC engineers and Subject Matter Experts
(SME) to provide distance support and onsite technical assistance to

and casualty report (CASREP) correction
– FTA is provided in San Diego and other Pacific Fleet locations including
the Pacific Northwest, Hawaii, Guam, Japan, Singapore and other
locations as directed

submarines and surface ships of all classes under
SWRMC cognizance
