Any changes in Discovery Agreement? 2 Changes in client’s fact-facts are collected from appropriate, alternative methods in a way that does not subtract from the spirit of the meeting above. 3 A draft of the Discovery Agreement is updated by the Advisor using resources noted above, planning tools and experience to adjust client goals if changes are needed. A copy of the Discovery Agreement is mailed to the client (in a package with the CER) approximately two weeks prior to the meeting for client comment and review. A copy of the Discovery Agreement is placed in the “Meeting Package” in readiness for the meeting to be held in two weeks. FINANCIAL PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY 2 Staff mails package approximately ten days before the meeting to allow for receipt, review and comments if applicable. Goals-Based Reporting Goals-Based Reporting FINANCIAL PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY Goals Based Reporting 1 2 Staff personnel gather client information on the results, changes and balances for the last quarter. Information in entered into Goals-Based Reporting documents. A report comparing current results against the client’s specific long-term objectives is prepared for inclusion in the Meeting Package. FINANCIAL PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY 3 Advisor reviews the Goals-Based Report for applicability and relevance to meeting agenda. 4 Staff members include approved GoalsBased Report in the final meeting package prior to meeting day. Market Commentary Market Commentary Performance Reporting FINANCIAL PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY Market Commentary 1 2 Staff and Advisor gather information that is specific to client situation or general topical information of interest to all clients for review by Advisor for final inclusion in Meeting Package. Advisor selects appropriate items for upcoming meeting. Instructs staff as to selection, order and preparation. FINANCIAL PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY 3 Staff compiles for Meeting Package and assembles, collates and duplicates materials. 4 Materials included with other previously described reports into final Meeting Package. Staff constructs and assembles the Education Piece with firm customization (logo and attachments).
