The main goals for Estonian
NSU activities
• To improve the quality of RDP implementation;
• Participating at RDP communication;
• To increase the involvement of target groups and inform
wider public and potential beneficiaries about rural
development policy;
• To contribute on the development of innovation in
agricultural, food, forestry and rural sectors.
• LEADER measure: information days, seminars and
summer-seminar about place-marketing;

tourism” – RDP 2007-2013 project examples.
Cooperation with Estonian Public
Broadcasting
• Estonian Rural Network Unit has produced
video-clips and interviews in cooperation with
Estonian PB – ETV - in 2008 and 2010 to 2014.
• All togeter 165 videoclips
• Rural Network Unit organized a competition to
find projects for the video-clips.
• A special committee formed to choose the best
projects.

in supporting implementation
of the EU Strategy for the
Baltic Sea Region.
