CJD Eutin is part of the nationwide CJD
– Non-governmental association founded in 1947
– Nationwide over 150 institutions
– 8,000 employees, annually 90,000 people are reached
– CJD association is active in several fields: Professional
Education; Schooling; Educational Measures & Migration
– Target groups: youth and young adults, seniors, immigrants,
unemployed adults & youth, handicapped, young mothers …

CJD Eutin conducts research & policy projects on European
and national level
 Migration & Integration
 Integration into the labour market (e.g. targeting migrants)
 Minors, justice and delinquency
Projects are funded from diverse national and EU sources:
European Fund for the Integration of Third Country
Nationals, Leonardo da Vinci-Programme, European Social Fund,
National Integration Fund, XENOS-Programme, Federal Ministry of
Labour and Social Affairs

Arge im Kreis Plön
• Public Employment Centre for longterm-unemployed jobseekers and
other groups of people in need
• Existing experience with digital profiles (Video-CVs) in Germany
 Experience served as draft/blueprint for further development and
transfer of innovation within the Video-project
• Network within Federal state of Schleswig-Holstein and Germany
 Information and dissemination of project results into network

• Video-CVs as tutorials [simulation of job-interviews]
- Video-shooting by youth-worker on a low scale level as a means of
enhancing the self-esteem and self-presentation capacity of
