The scope of the kick-off seminar is to:
• Setting the scene: inform the participants of the objective, flow and content of the HPMP
• Create a common picture of future management and leadership challenges within Danske
Bank, and reflect on the managers role in relation to meeting these challenges
• Getting to know the expectations – and visions
• Introduce the participating leaders to the content of the HPMP-programme
• A perspective on management and leadership in the new normality – management back in
focus aside with leadership: a new Management Model
• Inspiration and new perspectives on a possible future key driver of a competitive advantage

Birgit Jung is the director of Leadership Development in Mannaz A/S – responsible for the team of consultants in Mannaz.
Birgit has long experience both as teacher
and as consultant in public as well as in private organisations. Birgit’s primary competencies are within leadership development, organisational development, individual
coaching and supervision including talent development. Birgit is furthermore the founder of and editor-in-chief of the magazine “Erhvervspsykologi” published by the
Danish Psychological Publishing House.
Julian Birkinshaw is a UK professor of strategic and international management at the London Business School and previously engaged at the Stockholm School of
Economics.
His main area of expertise is in the strategy and management of large multinational corporations, and on such specific issues as corporate entrepreneurship, subsidiaryheadquarters relationship, knowledge management, network organisations, and global customer management. In 1998 he was named as one of six of the ‘Next Generation
of Management Gurus’ His client list includes ABB, Ericsson, Akzo Nobel, and Novo Nordisk.
