Roles
President—Governance and Leadership: The “Deciders”
With executive boards, set the vision, policies, and initiatives
Provide vision and communicates priorities on which to organize or bargain
Coordinate Local affiliates with State and National
Communicate with and reach out to members, potential members and stake holders
Represent the Association and its members
Support, motivate, and inspire leadership team and members
UniServ Director—Advisory and Implementation: The “Advisor & Implementer”
Advise Local and UniServ governance on vision, policies, and initiatives
Conduct research and provide information, data, or resources
Implement UniServ and Local priorities, policies, agendas, initiatives, and directives
Coordinate Local affiliates with State and National
Communicate with and reach out to members, potential members, and stake holders
Represent the Association and its members at the direction of governance
Support, motivate ,and coach Local and UniServ leadership teams
