AR Customers
Customer Profile Classes
Customer Profile Classes provide default customer information.
All Customers are assigned a profile class.
Values in the site level will take precedence over values entered at the
Customer Profile Class level.
GPS will transfer all customer data into the system except for the
following:
 Collector Information
 Statements
 Dunning Information

 There are two ways to view customer information in the Oracle system:
Summary
– Provides a summary view of the customer account information
Standard
– Provides a detail view of the customer account information

The Addresses tab displays the addresses that are associated with the customer.

The Communication tab displays the phone numbers and email addresses that are associated with a customer.

The Contacts tab displays the contact information (i.e. name, title) that are associated with a customer. Direct phone numbers and e-mail addresses may be viewed on this
tab.
