

Company Background
 Established in 1998 as the investment
banking arm of Europa Capital Management
(ECM), a leading CEEuropan asset
management house.
 Spun-off from ECM by the current principals
in October 2000
 BAC’s main office is located in Sofia. There
are three regional execution offices in
