Program councils are subordinate to the
County Extension Council.
Representatives from the program councils
will be on the County Extension Council.
All program councils may not have the same
structure beyond the county level. (In this
time of transition, flexibility is vital).
Contact agents may be assigned to work with
multi-county, region, or district program
coordination.
