GUIDELINES
1) Make a backup of your annual survey database
(if already compiled)
2) Uninstall the EMIS Survey tool (from the Control
Panel)
3) Install the new survey tool (file on CD)
4) Print the HIV survey for data gathering (on CD)
5) Run the survey tool to capture survey data
(including the HIV data)
6) NB: IF YOU HAVE ALREADY DONE THE SURVEY,
DO NOT CLICK ON Create survey file
