• WHAT IS A BCPL FRANCHISE
• A highly almost professional like level of soccer programming that
caters up to the top 18 players at each age level and for both genders.
• We shall operate our franchise to provide the above opportunity
predominantly to players in our catchment area.
• It is important to engage regional partners so that they too can provide
a pathway for players in their clubs to have convenient access to BCPL
for the elite player.
• No restriction on Out of District players

 No further “evaluations” will be undertaken but there will
be ongoing evaluation and assessment of player
performance which will include a mid season written
performance assessment.
 Player movement in and out of the program will be
possible but anticipated to be very minimal.
 Combine camps for aspiring BCPL players will be held after the mini-season.
