• WHAT IS A BCPL FRANCHISE
• A highly almost professional like level of soccer programming that
caters up to the top 18 players at each age level and for both genders.
• We shall operate our franchise to provide the above opportunity
predominantly to players in our catchment area.
• It is important to engage regional partners so that they too can provide
a pathway for players in their clubs to have convenient access to BCPL
for the elite player.
• No restriction on Out of District players

No further “evaluations” will be undertaken but there will
be ongoing evaluation and assessment of player
performance which will include a mid season written
performance assessment.
Player movement in and out of the program will be
possible but anticipated to be very minimal.
Combine camps for aspiring BCPL players will be held after the mini-season.

Training Curriculum
Train to play ratio of 3:1 as per LTPD Model
2 nights per week with appointed BCPL coach
1 night SAQ per week (speed agility and fitness programs with dedicated qualified
sport specific instructors.)

Pre-season camps in August 2013 & January/February 2014
Nutritional Seminars
Seminars with VSI (top college recruiting company in USA West Coast)
Possible Pre-Season Exhibition games in Washington

Registration Cost $2250
Includes Kit Allowance approximately $350 cost value

Track Suit, 2pairs shorts, 3pairs socks, 3 training tops & backpack
Player walks away with that kit
All travel costs for players for estimated 2 trips to
Okanagan & Victoria per season totaling $360 per player
which includes
Approximately $30 food allocation for each road trip
