Focus on vulnerable groups – up to 29 years, long-term
unemployed, women, etc.
100% grant = up to 200 000 BGN;
Applicants – enterprises and licensed training
institutions;
Trainees – must be registered in the Labor Offices
Mandatory result – at least 50% of the successful
trainees to be hired by the enterprise for at least 9
months.
Not more than 1000 BGN grant per trainee;
Daily allowance per trainee/day – 5BGN;
Promotion of individual
entrepreneurship




Coaching and consulting the initial stage
of the newly established businesses.

Researches among employers and young
unemployed regarding their needs in the field

Foreign languages;
ICT;
Conduct of trainings for young unemployed on
the basis of the research results
Voucher (training) schemes



For part-time employees – 600 – 1125
BGN per voucher/training;
For full-time employees – 600 – 1800 BGN
per voucher/training;
For unemployed – where an employer has
stated that whishes to hire them after
passing training (minimal wage to be
subsidized for a period of 9-12 months).

Target group





Working families with children at the age of 1 to 3
years;
Unemployed;
Training (Key competences) to be provided to
the unemployed in the field of childcare;
Agreement to be reached b/n parents and
unemployed;
Provision of min. remuneration to the person
assigned to take care of kids b/n 1 and 3 years.
