What is BDMS?

• BDMS will first be installed to be used to image Admissions-type documents (e.g., applications, immunization forms, etc.), but it can and should be used across the entire campus.

How will it be implemented? Training?

• Selected staff in the Admissions Office received initial scanning and indexing training through the OneCarolina project. Additional training will take place as the project progresses, and will be based on user roles, etc.
