Each workshop will be moderated by two persons, one from China and one from Poland, who will be also responsible for conclusions of the Forum in the closing part of the event. Delegations will be accompanied by entrepreneurs, academics and tour operators. Several opportunites for promotion will be provided. Best practices will be presented and awarded during closing ceremony. Customs and specifics important to the Chinese participants will be taken into consideration. Simultaneous Polish-Chinese translation will be provided during the Forum, whereas consecutive translation will be provided during the concert and dinner.
