Foreword from the
Managing Director
CEO employee’s…an award winning bunch!
Well its that time again
everyone…yes, the count
down to Christmas is on!
What a whirl-wind 2006 has
been, from opening the new
floor in Brisbane, to our very
own Olivia Sayers’ proving
herself in the International
Swimming arena.
It’s been a busy year for both
CEO staff and our many
clients.
CEO has reported extremely
strong occupancy rates
across all of its centres and
we expect 2007 to be an even
bigger year.
With many new projects set to
open, all the CEO staff will be
busily preparing for the hectic
year ahead.
I’d like to take this opportunity
to thank you our clients for
another wonderful year,
without your support and
commitment CEO would
simply be a pipe-dream.
From all at CEO, we wish you
and your families a very safe
and happy festive season.

(Chriag Shah accepts his award)
Every year CEO rewards its employees for their all of their hard work
and dedication with a Christmas party - this year’s venue was the
Middle Brighton Baths.
The Directors Jenny Folley & Michael Sayers congratulated the staff
on another successful year at CEO and praised them for their
continued dedication and support.
Jenny kick started the official proceedings by presenting everyone with
a certificate of appreciation and a gift voucher for Chadstone Shopping
Centre.
In the first ever CEO awards ceremony, both staff and directors had
voted for those they thought had performed the best during 2006.
Olivia Sayers of Normanby Chambers and Heidi Webb of the TOK
Corporate Centre took home the most improved staff member award,
while Chirag Shah (pictured above) proudly accepted the Administrator
of the Year award.
Mariska Folley was ecstatic to be announced as the ‘Leasing Guru’ for
2006.

CEO farewells a long time
friend.
Working at CEO for over five
years, Rebecca Freestone
has been one of our most
loyal employee’s.
Rebecca was presented with
an award at the Christmas
party for having only taken
one sick day during that time
and huge thank you from both
the Directors & staff.
Starting out as a Receptionist
at our Brisbane centre,
Rebecca has worked hard to
earn her position as Group
Operations/ Regional
Manager.
Michelle May from
HWT was pleased
as punch to be the
only CEO employee
to receive two awards,
winning both
Receptionist of
the year, and
Assistant Manager
of the Year.
The competition was
so hot for Assistant
Manager of the
Year that we gave a
second award to
Dianne Smith (Brisbane) .
(Susan Fodor & Michelle May)
A second Receptionist of the Year award was also presented to Susan
Fodor (PT) for her excellent front of house skills.
CEO Brighton took out the award for the best presented centre –
Fantastic job Loretta & team!

and Fiona Mackie (Brisbane) was voted Manager of The Year by the
Directors.
Congratulations to all of our lucky winners!!
Rebecca and her husband
Darren are looking forward to
the birth of their first baby at
the end of January.
Going on maternity leave at
the end of this year, we will all
be eagerly awaiting her return
to CEO.
While we are sure that she’ll
visit, it’s safe to say that both
staff and CEO clients will miss
her greatly.

IBM get’s a facelift
Melbourne’s IBM centre will undergo a complete refurbishment including
new PABX phone system, a fresh look for the reception, corridors and
common areas.
Offices will eventually undergo refurbishment. Scheduling will limit the
disruption to IBM clients.
Starting in January 2007, the refurbishment is expected to be completed
by the end of May. Making way for a newer, fresher centre.
