RESIDENT & PROPERTY IMPACTS
What to Expect:
Your sewer may be disconnected for part of a day.
Your driveway may be blocked for a day.
Construction will impact some landscaping and
improvements in City Rights-of-Way.
Construction will impact traffic.
You may smell an odor.
We need your cooperation.

RESIDENT & PROPERTY IMPACTS
Residents should:
Limit discharge to the sewer during construction.
Use extreme caution while in the construction zone.
Consider making arrangements for outdoor pets.
Make arrangements if the work limits driveway access.
Contractor will:
Place door hangers notifying residents 48-72 hours
before construction.
Excavate open trench at each lot.
Remove construction debris.
Limit work to the street Right-of-Way.
Restore sewer services the same day.
