Fee Payment
• Students are liable to pay semester course fees at the
commencement of course / semester
• Fee voucher will be issued
– from the 3rd week of semester
• Given two weeks to settle payment
• Pay after due date
– $30 late payment fee is imposed (1st reminder)
– $60 late payment fee is imposed (2nd/final reminder)
• When fee is NOT paid after final due date
– student will be withdrawn from the course
Fee Payment
• NETS and Cheque payment only (together with fee
voucher). You may apply for GIRO payment.
• Collect your receipt as proof of payment made.
• Payment can be made at SSC (Atrium) or CET Office
or SAM machines
• E-payment is also available via NPal Student Self
Service
• Payment not available through AXS machines

Guidelines & Regulations
• Minimum Class Attendance
– At least 80% overall class attendance needed for
• academic learning; otherwise one will be debarred from
further assessments or examinations and deemed to have
failed the module;
• debarment for all modules, excluding online modules, will
result in dismissal

– Submit all supporting documents to CET Academy
within 48 hours. Inform your lecturers and tutors.

Guidelines & Regulations
Refund Policy
Diploma in Technology students are liable to pay full course fees. There will be no refund /
waiver of miscellaneous and insurance fees due to withdrawal or deferment. All appeals
for refund or waiver of tuition fees due to withdrawal or deferment must be made in writing
to the Director, CET Academy. Each appeal will be assessed and processed on a case-bycase basis. Guidelines for refund or waiver of tuition fees are as follows:

– Gambling or game card are
not allowed at all times.
– Littering is an offence.

1I2S Funding Scheme
• What is it?
– Course fee subsidy provided by MOE
– Participants must be Singaporean or Permanent
Residents (PR) aged 16 and above
– Participants who have not attained a government
subsidised diploma, degree or higher qualification.
– When the course is company-sponsored, sponsoring
companies must be registered or incorporated in
Singapore and must fully sponsor the course fees.
1I2S Funding Scheme
• How much is the subsidy / funding ?
– 10% of tuition fee w.e.f. 1 Feb 2009
– Students are funded once for every module (except for
online modules for which there is no funding). Repeat
modules are not funded. Students are funded up to
1200 hours for the full course.
– Course fee funding shall be applicable for 4 years, or
up to graduation, from the date of admission,
whichever is earlier.
– Funding terms and conditions are subject to review on
a semestral basis.
