Fiona Lord at HENW is developing tools to
assess values and behaviours. Currently
testing scenarios – to be finished by
July/August. Possible LETB funding.
Scope how success is celebrated both
inside and outside the NHS- Local,
Regional, and National. Investigate the use
of social media to share success

Staff need to be easily identifiable to
service users – scope out TAPS uniform
colours with a view to giving some
consistency.
