1. Decision on the establishment of the government committee (when? May)- the vice minister of MOLSW would send a letter to all vice ministers to inform them on the establishment of the national committee 2. Development of the assessment matrix (May-June 2013) 3. Formulation of policy options (July 2013) 4. Costing of the policy options (August-++) 5. There is a consensus on choosing Based on our experience in other countries and given the cross-ministerial nature of this exercise we would recommend to have a direct reporting line to the deputy PM… UN side – ILO chairs and reports to the UN RCO Once the report is there we can bring the report to MPI
