Thus, comprehensive planning for DoD activities requires collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders.” 2012 GEF Operational Integration: “Globally integrated operations place a premium on partnering. Execute Joint Task Force Mission Command over a Foreign Consequence Management (FCM)/Humanitarian Assistance (FHA) mission with a subordinate multinational force conducting Peace Support Operations (PSO) 3. At the Brigade level, train commanders and staffs in the development of combined planning, standing operating procedures and staff battle drills in a Peace Support Operations (PSO) environment 4. Strengthen regional and bilateral strategic partnerships and expand/ enhance regional security cooperation 5. Enhance NATO interoperability and Sustain Partner Capacity 6. Develop the capability to conduct Command Post Exercises in a distributed mode to increase regional flexibility and cost effective training 7. Test the three main elements of the Contingency Program Management CPM in three DOTMLPF-P areas: the organization, skills, and functions of the CPM Cell, the Unified Action Tool Kit, and the draft policy/TTPs. 5 UNCLASSIFIED Proposed Exercise Structure DCG / M&RA HICON: USAREUR CCP will provide base staff support to the HICON.
