How to fix a Pended Document
When a filing is pended back, please correct the filing and resubmit. Select My Trial Court
Filing under the Filing Options Tab on the main menu. Click on the Filing # to access the
link to correct and resubmit the filing using the “EDIT” feature. This will ensure the original
time stamp on your filing remains intact. For more information on this process, please

How do I file an emergency document?
You are able to notate if a filing is an emergency by checking the emergency box
in the portal on the case information screen. This will signal the clerk that the
filing must be processed immediately. All filings must meet the criteria for an
emergency or be set for court within 72 hours in order to be processed. Any
