Food
• Please provide your child with a
packed lunch on departure day.
Apart from this first meal, all meals
will be provided.
• Your child will choose the food
they’d like to eat during the trip from
a given menu. Choosing food
options will happen much nearer the
time of our visit.
• Any food allergies or specific dietary
requirements will be catered for.
There will be a form provided for you
to detail these needs so that we can
inform the centre in advance of our
visit.
• Please don’t pack any sweets!
What to pack
• The kit list will be provided on the website,
detailing the items your child will need to
bring
• No electrical items including mobile phones

• Please don’t bring money – there are no
opportunities to spend it!
Money
- Non refundable deposit of £35 is due Friday 13th February
- The remaining balance will be £55 - £65 (dependent on the
number of children attending the trip), due by Friday 27th March
(the last day of term 4)
