 New Personalised Care and Support contract for 2 years with option to extend to 4 years  Covers Bromley, Greenwich, Lewisham and Southwark  Respite services for parents and families  In home or out such as local park  Personal Assistant service for young people to access mainstream opportunities  We work across all ranges of disabilities

   Council commissioned via Children Services Direct Payments – contact GAD direct DLA or PIP – contact GAD direct  We provide details of our team that match your needs  We undertake risk assessments and develop a tailored plan with times and activities to match
