Definition
• DET uses the definition from the DSM-IV-TR and the five
disorders that fall within the category of Pervasive
Developmental Disorders (PDD):
– Autistic Disorder
– Asperger’s Disorder
– Pervasive Developmental Disorder Not Otherwise
Specified
– Rett’s Disorder
– Childhood Disintegrative Disorder
