Project Title: Virtual Prototyping of Robotic Orthoses 1. Tell us about you: - Raghu Ramanathan, Clarkson University, Potsdam, NY Advisor: Dr. James J Carroll 2. Big Picture Motivation: - To create a platform for prototyping Robotic Orthoses (RO), that would help accelerate the development cycle of RO and also to minimize the possibility of failures at later stages 3. Workshop Goal: - Setup a closed loop control system with the RO providing continuous supplemental torque at the elbow (Arm26 model) - Development of OpenSim/Simulink interface through Matlab scripting OpenSim Workshop August 2013
