Blue Cross Medicare Advantage plans are HMO and HMO-POS plans provided by Health Care Service Corporation, a Mutual Legal Reserve Company
(HCSC), an Independent Licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. HCSC is a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract.
Enrollment in HCSC’s plans depends on contract renewal.
Lovelace Medicare Plan HMO plan provided by AHS-Tulsa Oklahoma Health Plan, Inc., (AHS). AHS is a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare
contract. Enrollment in AHS’ plan depends on contract renewal.
Your National Provider Number (NPN) is the key to your personal login for AHIP training this
year. Some states provide the NPN on the insurance license ID card so take a moment to look.
