• • • • The Regional Service Centres allow the ICF to more effectively serve a growing global community. They play a key customer service role, assisting in Chapter creation, regional activities, and servicing the day-to-day needs of the membership. They serve as a great resource for ICF Members and Chapter Leaders offering assistance in multiple languages.

ICF Membership

• • • • More than 23,100 members in 56 countries.

Almost 12,000 active ICF Credential holders.

All new and renewing members are bound by Membership Eligibility Requirements.

All ICF Members agree to abide the ICF Code of Ethics

Member Eligibility

• • Must satisfy one of these qualifications for membership – have completed at least 60 hours of coach specific training – currently enrolled in an ICF approved or accredited 60-hour coach training program – hold a current ICF Credential.

Members enrolled in ACTP or ACSTH programs must look to complete 60-hour training program by April 2015 .

Chapter Leadership Coaching Program

• • Opportunity for incoming Chapter Presidents to be matched with past Chapter Presidents for one-on-one coaching sessions over an eight month period to explore Chapter operation and leadership concerns. Please email Matt Varney (

Director of Chapter Development

• • • New position established to assist Chapters in developing the most sustainable models of operation. Identifying additional tools and resources to help leaders realize their vision for the Chapter.

• • • • All Chapter Board members have access to download membership lists Membership lists updated in “real time.” Sortable information makes contact with the members easier.

Opportunities for outreach in unaffiliated member regional lists monitoring .

Annual Chapter Reporting

• • • • Chapter annual financial and activity report links for the 2013 fiscal year will be distributed 4 March 2014 Chapter specific links for each chapter will be communicated to chapter president Expectation for submission of these is 3 June 2014 Continued Chapter rebate dispersal is contingent on completion of requested reporting

You can list up to one year’s worth of Chapter presentations (including CCEUs, bridge line listing, etc.).

Many Chapters are using this for revenue generation and community engagement.

Projects range from one-day conferences to laser coaching in cafes, media appearances, pro-bono coaching engagements, etc.

Chapter Leader Updates

• • Monthly communications with everything you need to know about ICF and Chapters and better integration between the two groups. Distributed the first Monday of every month (directly to your email inbox) from ICF Global.

Wednesdays with Whittle

• • One minute monthly YouTube videos with ICF Director of Membership Don Whittle on everything you will ever need to know about ICF and membership. Find these videos on the ICF Headquarters YouTube channel:

Regional Advisory Councils

• • • • • Asia-Pacific Latin America Europe/Middle East/Africa North America: Northeast, Midwest, West, Southeast Sharing best practices, and maximizing communication and collaboration within the regional communities.

Twitter Ambassador Program

ICF generates a series of tweets about the ICF and the coaching profession each week. Chapters can easily use these tweets throughout the week on their own Twitter feeds. Either copy and paste the text or use it as a starting point for your own tweets. The message is emailed every Monday to Chapter Leaders.
