Our Mission
To promote the personal development of each
player and help them reach their full potential,
both on and off the field with a focus on
discipline, determination, dedication and
teamwork, while nurturing a passion for the
game of soccer. As such, our club
environment is a platform and tool that assists
in the development of the individual to foster
future successes.
Increasing Brand
Awareness
Ohio Premier’s leadership will always
stay ahead of the pack in order to take
the club to the next level, to be the
Premier Club in Ohio, the Mid West
and Nationally.
What have we accomplished
to increase our brand
awareness?
 Secured the Indoor facility to optimize
training in the winter months
 Added OP Juniors – offering it free to
Dublin rec and DMTSO players
 Added the U8 Academy – offering it free
to Dublin rec and DMTSO players
What will we continue to do
to increase our brand
awareness?
 Continue searching for land to have our own
training fields
 Expand the OP Juniors and U8 Academy
into other communities
 Looking to expand our brand to utilize
economies of scale
Taking OP
to the next level
We will be partnering with the Eagles Soccer
Club located in Upper Arlington.

important for OP and Eagles?
 It will allow the individual clubs to build
upon each other’s success.
 The Brand Ohio Premier will be more
suited to deliver quality programming
to its members.
 It will allow shared resources between
the clubs.

Coaches
OP coaches:
 Will retain all coaches for the girls side
Eagles coaches:
 Will bring quality coaches who will work in both
Dublin and Upper Arlington
Other coaches
 Increase the desire for quality coaches to become a
part of a professional organization
Tryouts
 U8 thru U12 (approximate)
 Will choose which location they want to tryout for –
Dublin or Arlington
 Will tryout at the location they choose
 Will be separate teams
 U13 and up (approximate)
 Girls will all tryout in Dublin
 Boys tryout location is to be determined
Training Locations
 All U-8 thru U-12 OP Eagles Dublin
teams will train in Dublin
 All U-8 thru U-12 OP Eagles Arlington
teams will train in Upper Arlington
 U-13 thru U-18 (approximate) will
combine teams and will mostly train in
Dublin, depending on composition of the
team
Location of Home Games
 The home games for the U-8 thru U-12 (approximate)
OP Eagles Dublin teams playing in MOSSL will be in
Dublin.
 The home games for the U-8 thru U-12 (approximate)
OP Eagles Arlington teams playing in MOSSL will be in
Upper Arlington.
 The home games for U-13 and older teams playing in
MOSSL will be generally determined by where most of
the players live.
 The home games for any teams playing in the Buckeye
Premier League or the MRL shall remain the same at
Spindler Park.

We will retain current OP board, while
adding two people from the Eagles to
the board:
 Andrew Kessinger – Boys DOC
 Katherine Weislogel – parent from Eagles
 We will have an advisory committee based out of
UA, reporting to the OP board, for the purpose of
liaison to the city.

The OP Eagles Board and the Director
of Operations, Ruth Rudibaugh, will
provide the administration and
bookkeeping responsibility to ensure
continuity of our services.

The level of care we take in running this
organization is what separates us from
the rest.
Our Philosophy
The Ohio Premier Girls’ Soccer Club strives to:
 Offer each player an environment that allows her to
develop according to her ability.
 Promote the development of communication, discipline,
good sportsmanship and teamwork necessary for
academic achievement and good citizenship.
 Attract, develop and retain superior coaches that will
provide the leadership, player development and
operational expertise.
