THERE WERE EIGHT FIBERS WHICH WERE REPLACED BEFOR GLUING BECAUSE OF
MULTIPLE CRACKS
THE RED NUMBERS IN THE TABLE ARE THE CELLS, WHICH HAVE FIBERS WITH CRACKS;
THE VISUAL INSPECTION WITH RED LASER CONFIRMED THIS,
ACTUALLY ONLY BLUE NUMBERS IN THE TABLE PROVIDE THE NORMAL RESPONSES,
HEXAGONAL SHAPED, 5 MM THICKNESS, AND 9.4 CM² AREA CELL HAS THE BEST RESPONSE
THE VERY WIDE SPREADE OF RESPONSES IS THE RESULTE OF MULTIPLE CRACKS OF
FIBER CLADING AND MAYBE OPTICAL GLUE.

EIGHT SQUARE CELLS WITH 9.4 CM² AREA AND DIAGONAL HOLL WERE
MADE FROM 5 MM THIKNESS NICADD EXTRUDED SCINTILLATOR,
0.94 MM OUTER DIAMETER, 57 CM LONG KURARAY Y-11 WLS FIBERS
WITH MIRRORED END WERE GLUED INSIDE THE CELL’S HOLL,
IT WAS TWO SETS OF FOUR CELLS FOR EACH TYPE OF OPTICAL GLUE,
RADIOACTIVE SOURCE Sr90 AND HAMAMATSU PMT R580 WERE USED,
THE ARERAGE RESPONSE FOR BC-600 WAS 692.7 nA,
THE ARERAGE RESPONSE FOR EJ-500 WAS 692.9 Na,
EJ-500 PROVIDED THE SAME RESPONSE AS BC-600, BUT LESS COST.
