BUCKINGHAM PALACE IS IN THE CENTRE OF LONDON.
IT IS THE LONDON HOME OF THE QUEEN. THIS IS LIKE A
SMALL TOWN WITH A POLICE STATION, TWO POST OFFICES, A
HOSPITAL, A BAR, TWO SPORT CLUBS, A DISCO, A CINEMA
AND A SWIMMING POOL. THERE ARE 600 ROOMS THERE. ABOUT
700 PEOPLE WORK IN THE PALACE.
In front of the
Buckingham Palace you can
see the Queen Victoria
Memorial.

She was queen for 64
years, longer than other
British queens or kings.
