Classes are one hour in length
Several sessions may be needed to
cover material in some subjects
Two levels of training are offered
› Basic or beginner level
› Intermediate or User level
All sessions are customized
IT Training Lab
Training is held in Hyland Hall #402
Off-site training available*
Computers are iMacs with dualboot Mac/Windows 7 capability
Capacity of 14 work stations
Instructor led, hands-on training
Microsoft Office 2010
WORD – 2 levels
EXCEL – 2 levels
PowerPoint – 2 levels

Focus is on computer users who are
the targets, not just their equipment
Video training is professionally done,
interesting, and does not have to be
completed in one visit
Training videos average 3 minutes
