Class Structure
Classes are one hour in length
 Several sessions may be needed to
cover material in some subjects
 Two levels of training are offered

› Basic or beginner level
› Intermediate or User level

All sessions are customized
IT Training Lab
Training is held in Hyland Hall #402
 Off-site training available*
 Computers are iMacs with dualboot Mac/Windows 7 capability
 Capacity of 14 work stations
 Instructor led, hands-on training

Microsoft Office 2010
WORD – 2 levels
 EXCEL – 2 levels
 PowerPoint – 2 levels

the targets, not just their equipment

Video training is professionally done,
interesting, and does not have to be
completed in one visit
