Reviewed Survey Results and Comments
• Identified seven focus areas for follow up discussion
• Five focus group meetings to date
Example Action Items
• ResNet: Add more wi-fi radios and disallow wireless routers
• Blackboard Vista: Explain the maintenance window better to
students
• South Learning Resource Center: Review and improve lab layout
and equipment
• Printing: Move to a “hotel” model for wireless printing
• Passwords: Increase the warning time and increase the interval
between required password changes for students
