4. Little Donkey
• Little Donkey, little
donkey on the dusty road.
• Got to keep on plodding
onwards with your
precious load.
• Ring out those bells
tonight, Bethlehem,
Bethlehem.
• Follow that star tonight
Bethlehem, Bethlehem.
• Been a long time little
donkey
• through the winter’s night.
• Don’t give up now little
donkey.
• Bethlehem’s in sight.
• Little donkey, little
donkey, had a busy day
• Little donkey carried Mary
safely on her way.
The wind is blowing
The wind is blowing in
Bethlehem (x3)
A star is shining in
Bethlehen (x 3)
A baby cries out in the night
Hear the angels singing
Mother tries to hold him tight
Loud the bell are ringing
Wise men came to see the
king
Hear the angels singing.
Gifts of gold and myrrh they
bring.
Loud the bells are ringing
7. Three Kings
• Three kings long ago
made a journey so
slow to see a baby
fair.
• From their camels on
high,
• They looked at the
sky,
• And a star was
shining there.
• Travelling, travelling,
travelling on,
• Only a star to guide
them along,
• Then in Bethlehem
town
• those three wise men
found
• Lord Jesus in the hay.
We three Kings
(Casper)
We three kings of orient are
Bearing gifts we traverse afar
Field and fountain,
Moor and mountain,
Following yonder star.
Chorus:
O star of wonder, star of night,
Star with royal beauty bright.
Westward leading, still
proceeding,
Guide us to thy perfect light.
(Melchior)
Born a King on Bethlehem's plain,
Gold I bring to crown Him again
King for ever, ceasing never
Over us all to reign.
Chorus
Frankincense to offer have I,
Incense owns a Deity nigh
Prayer and praising, all men raising,
Worship Him, God most high.
Chorus:
[Balthazar:]
Myrrh is mine,
Its bitter perfume breathes
A life of gathering gloom.
Sorrowing, sighing, bleeding, dying,
Sealed in the stone cold tomb.
Chorus:
Glorious now behold Him arise,
King and God and Sacrifice!
Al-le-lu-ia, al-le-lu-ia,
Heaven to earth replies.
Chorus:
Rudolph the red nose reindeer
Rudolph the red nose
reindeer
Had a very shiny nose
And if you ever saw it
You would even say it glows
All of the other reindeer
used to laugh and call him
names
They never let poor Rudolph
Join in any reindeer games
Then one foggy Christmas
eve
Santa came to say,
“Rudolph with your nose so
Bright, won’t you guide my
sleigh tonight?”
Then all the reindeer loved
him
And they shouted out in
glee
“Rudolph the red nose
reindeer,
You’ll go down in history!”
In the Bleak Mid Winter
In the bleak midwinter,
Frosty wind made moan,
earth stood hard as iron,
Water like a stone;
Snow had fallen, snow
on snow,
Snow on snow,
In the bleak midwinter, long ago.
Our God, heaven cannot hold him,
nor earth sustain;
Heaven and earth shall flee away
when he comes to reign.
In the bleak midwinter a stable place
sufficed
The Lord God Almighty, Jesus Christ.
What can I give him, poor as I am?
If I were a shepherd, I would bring a
lamb;
If I were a Wise Man, I would do my
part;
Yet what I can I give him: give my
heart

Frosty the snowman
Frosty the snowman was a jolly happy
soul
With a corn cob pipe and a button nose
and two eyes made out of coal.
Frosty the snowman is a fairy tale they say
He was made of snow but the children
know how he came to life one day.
There must have been some magic in that
old silk hat they found
For when they placed it on his head he
began to dance around;
Oh Frosty the Snowman was alive as he
could be
And the children say he could laugh and
play just the same as you and me.
Frosty the snowman knew the sun was hot
that day
So he said "Let's run and we'll have some
fun now before I melt away“
Down to the village with a broom-stick in
his hand
Running here and there all around the
square, sayin'
"Catch me if you can"
He led them down the streets of town right
to the traffic cop.
And he only paused a moment when he
heard him holler "Stop!" For
Frosty the snowman had to hurry on his
way
• But he waved good-bye sayin'' "Don't
you cry. I'll be back again some day.
5. Silent night.
• Silent night, holy night
• All is calm, all is bright
• Round yon virgin mother and
child
• Holy infant so tender and mild
• Sleep in heavenly peace
• Sleep in heavenly peace
• Silent night, holy night
• Shepherds quake at the sight
• Glories stream from heaven
afar
• Heavenly hosts sing alleluia
• Christ the saviour is born
• Christ the saviour is born.
• Silent night, holy night,
• Son of God, love’s pure light
• Radiant beams from thy holy
face,
• With the dawn of redeeming
grace
• Jesus Lord at thy birth,
• Jesus Lord at thy birth
8. Away in a manger
•
•
•
•
•
•
Away in a manger no crib for a
bed
The little Lord Jesus lay down his
sweet head.
The stars in the bright sky looked
down where he lay,
The little Lord Jesus asleep on the
hay.
•
•
•
•
•
•
•
•
•
•
The cattle are lowing the baby
awakes
But little Lord Jesus no crying he
makes.
I love thee Lord Jesus look down
from the sky
And stay by my bedside til
morning is nigh.
Be near me Lord Jesus
I ask thee to stay
Close by me forever
And love me I pray
Bless all the dear children
In thy tender care
And fit us for heaven
To live with thee there
Bethlehem lay sleeping
Bethehem lay sleeping
Long so long ago.
Twinkling stars were peeping
Long so long ago.
When to earth a baby came
the little Jesus was his name,
So long long ago.
Kings came to adore him,
Long so long ago
Low knelt down before him,
Long so long ago.
Wandering shepherds left their sheep
to see their lord asleep,
So long long ago.
Angels sweetly singing
Long so long ago.
Sent his praises ringing
Long so long ago.
Children too their love may bring
To him who came to be our King
So long long ago.
6. The first Noel
• The first Noel the angels
did say
• Was to certain poor
shepherds in fields where
they lay
• In fields where they
• lay keeping their sheep
• On a cold winters night
that was so deep
• Noel, noel, noel, noel
• Born is the king of Israel
• They all looked up and
saw a star
Shining in the East,
beyond them afar,
And to the earth
• it gave great light,
And so it continued, both
day and night.
• Noel, noel, noel, noel
• Born is the king of Israel
Jingle Bells
Chorus: Jingle bells…
Dashing through the snow
In a one horse open sleigh
Over fields we go,
laughing all the way
Bells on bob tails
ring,
making spirits bright,
what fun it is to ride and sing
a sleighing song tonight.
Christmas Bells
Ding dong, ding dong, ring the happy
Christmas bells.
Ding dong, ding dong carols let us sing
Ding dong, ding dong Jesus came to earth
today.

O come all ye faithful,
Joyful and triumphant,
O come ye, o come
ye to Bethlehem.
Come and behold
Him, born the King of
angels.
O come let us adore
Him, ( x 3 )
Christ the Lord
Sing choirs of angels,
sing in exultation,
Sing all ye citizens of
heaven above.
Glory to God, in the

O come let us adore
Him, ( x 3 )
Christ the Lord
And so this is Christmas
And so this is Christmas
and what have you done?
Another year over and a
new one just begun.
And so this is Christmas,
I hope you have fun,
The near and the dear ones,
The old and the young.
Chorus:
A very merry Christmas and
a happy new year,
Let’s hope it’s a good one
without any fear.
And so this is Christmas for
weak and for strong
The rich and the poor ones
This world is so wrong
And so happy Christmas for
black and for white,
For the yellow and red ones
let’s stop all the fight.
War is over if you want it.
War is over now.
