FAQ Q. HOW DO WE WORK?

A. Once you contact us with a short description of your project, a sales manager will contact you asking for more details about the project and for samples of similar project if you have any. Once we receive the information, our technical staff will go through the details & samples and give you a price quote for the project within 24 hours. At this time we will give you a detail list of deliverables and a delivery date for the project. Once these are finalized we will send you a work order for you to sign and we immediately begin the execution of project.

Q. WHAT WOULD BE THE TURNAROUND TIME?

A. The turnaround time depends on the project. Based on the project details and requirements we calculate the timeline for project completion. We can also work on short deadlines if required. We will send you the estimated timeline over an e-mail before the project kick starts.

Q. DO YOU FOLLOW YOUR OWN CAD STANDARDS OR THOSE PRESCRIBED BY US?

A. If you have a set of standards to be followed we quickly align our deliverables to it. However, in case there are no set standards given by you, we use our own experience and expertise to ensure the deliverables are compatible to your local municipal rules and regulations.

Q. WHAT WILL BE THE MODE OF DELIVERY?

A. It depends which mode is easy to access by the client. It could range from e-mail, to compact disks shipped through snail mail.

Q. WHAT MODES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

A. We accept Bank Wires, Checks & Western Union Money Transfer. Payments can be made in US Dollars.

Q. HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE?

A. We normally communicate through email, IM chat, phone and voice chat if it possible.

Yes, why not? We do have quality department to checks all drawing and 3D models before we dispatch.

Q.IN WHAT FORMAT CAN THE DRAWINGS BE SENT?

You can send drawing in PDF, TIF and DWG. If you scan your drawing scan should be at 200dpi and save as TIF or PDF format.

Pricing Hourly Approach

We charge an hourly fee for all your projects. Here, there is a flexibility of being billed for the actual number of hours worked on your project. This is ideally suited for your fluctuating outsourcing needs.

Project Based Approach

We can also provide you a budget and time frame after reviewing your project details. If you agree to the project estimates and time line we will start on the project implementation phase.

This approach is preferable for projects where the timeline and budget are fixed.

Man Month Arrangement

In such an arrangement, we dedicate as many employees as you may require for working exclusively for your company on a full time basis (8 hrs a day, 5 days a week i.e. 160 hours a month).
