Provides the number of leads waiting for download and the date they were routed to
your CAS location.
Routed Leads Detail Report
Allows you to see the details of your recent distribution, such as the
Affiliation number and the member's name, address & phone number.
Routed Leads Detail Report
Routed Leads Summary by Zip
Report
Shows a breakdown of the number of leads sent by City & ZIP, including the
non-traditional leads (GLOBES &, DCARDs).
Routed Leads Summary by Zip
Report (Hard Cards Only)
Same as report above, except this report only reflects the hard card leads
routed to you.
Leads Routed Between Report
Shows you the number of leads routed to your location, where the leads are
and how many of the leads are available to be placed in packets.
Duplicate Review
Leads>ELT>Duplicate Review
Purposes:
 Effectively manage duplicate leads through automatic duplicate checking.
Allows you to prevent duplicate leads from coming into your lead database.
Allows you to view the new lead and existing possible duplicates for comparison.
Allows you to combine existing possible duplicates with the new lead.
You have the option to choose if a lead should be a duplicate or a new lead.
Use new lead (if the new lead does not match any of the possible duplicates).

Purposes:
•This screen allows you to produce several reports giving the number of leads in your lead database,
assigned to the specific affiliation, or in the specific zip codes.
•You have the ability to generate the report for leads that are available for packet management,
leads assigned to an agent but not in a packet, leads assigned to an agent in a packet,
and for all leads for the specific affiliation and/or zip codes.
