Forums with membership by invitation only. Provides a platform under which to
exchange and/or discuss strategic pay topics/issues facing their organizations
today.

Sr. Executive Forum: annual membership is limited to the top Compensation Director or
VP in Chicago’s top companies in terms of revenue/size

Manager Forum: for manager’s at firms that hold Sr. Executive Forum membership.

CCA Sponsor Program Objectives

Primary objectives of sponsorship program:




Mutually build and sustain a strong compensation
community in the Chicago Metropolitan area.
Provide a platform to share intellectual capital in
the compensation field.
Provide sponsors with access to CCA members
through the CCA website and educational
programming.
Provide Sponsors with the opportunity to
spotlight their commitment to the compensation
profession and the Chicago Metropolitan

CCA has two sponsorship levels



Gold – basic sponsor benefits
Platinum – enhanced sponsor benefits
Gold Sponsor benefits:






Special consideration given to present briefings and/or
symposiums
Placement of educational materials on CCA website
Free posting of three open positions on CCA website
3 free CCA memberships which include free attendance
for each of these three members at each monthly
event(value of $95 each= $285 value). Free Attendance
at the annual meeting (value of $85 each = $255)
Thus a total value of $180 each = ($540)
Your company logo on CCA website with link to your
company website.


Enhanced Platinum Sponsor Benefits:

1st Opportunity to present briefing or symposium

Free posting of six open positions on CCA website

Total of 6 free memberships which includes free
attendance for each of these six members at each
monthly event (value of $95 each = $570 value)

Free attendance at the CCA Annual Meeting (value of
$85 each = $510 value)

Thus a total value of $180 each = $1080 value

Periodic opportunity to provide materials to and present
before the Sr. Executive Compensation Forum members

