A Discretionary Grant Application must be
made to be awarded Services Seta bursaries by:

Accredited Training Provider (MNA)

within “property” industry (includes VOASA)
Manage the Regulations & Act concerning
industry education and training requirements

Manage Continuous Professional Development
National Road Shows to explain
The EAAB Manages this process in conjunction
with Accredited Service Providers who:
Prepare candidates for the PDE
Host the PDE and conduct the assessment
Upload the results to the EAAB
The PDE comprises
knowledge assessment, based on compulsory book
A case study
May use computers, open book, resources
Candidates have 2 years to achieve the PDE
5 yr FFC holders are Exempt from PDE
