3 separate small lab rooms for cryogenic compressors, dark room, assembly room
4x220V/30A outlets (120A total load), with emergency power (cost allowing)

compressed air service drops in all lab areas
nitrogen gas service drops in all lab areas
cool water service drops in all lab areas
keycard access for CfD personnel only due to ITAR
