Cylinder

• A cylinder is a 3D shape. At the top there is a circle and at the bottom also.

• A pop can is one. • A paper towel roll is one.

Rectangle

• A rectangle has 4 sides. It has 4 vertices. • The sides aren’t all equal.

Square

A square has 4 sides. The sides are the same.

There are lots of shapes in our classroom.
