Once registration & activation are completed, a young
person can then:








• Log their hours against each opportunity
• Log all volunteering opportunities they are undertaking
• Search for further volunteering opportunities
• Keep a journal of their volunteering activities and personal
insights
• Engage in personal development planning
• Take part in MV Questionnaire
• Engage with local Volunteer Centre
• Share their stories through an interactive case-study
template
In this next section your organisation can see:
• a summary of recent / pending actions
• view emails sent to & from your organisation
• manage your volunteer’s approval requests
• access quick reports on your volunteers
Quick List
A ‘Quick List’ will give the organisation administrator a
list of the first & last names of all volunteers who are
registered or have registered an interest with their
opportunity, the volunteer’s current authorisation status,
their suspension status and the date on which they were
authorised, their local authority area and actions that
can be performed on the MV Volunteering Passport.
“Organisations registering their own
volunteers directly will be responsible
for validating young people and as
such require to ensure that they have
seen proof of age e.g. passport,
driver’s license, birth certificate, Young
Scot card etc”.
