Create a website and online payment option
Develop Local Area Scorecards to assist with Chapter Operations
80% of Chapters will be compliant with all Fraternity Mandates
Chapters will achieve 10% Goal for Reclamation (65 brothers)
IMDP Rollout will be successful with 0 infractions
Achieve 800 Active Brothers (Increased from 675 to 720)
Provide extra support to College Chapters to aid in improving
academic performance, financial management & chapter
operations.
Begin research on the establishment of the Alpha Ohio

Continue to promote Alpha through monthly Alpha Days

• Continue research and potentially establish the Ohio District
Foundation.
• Identify Corporate Sponsors for District Conference & Initiatives
• Continue implementing the District Scorecard Program
• Invest in web-based platforms for Training & Development
• 85% of Chapters will be Compliant with all Fraternity Mandates
• Develop a District-Wide Signature Social Event
• Develop Alpha Day at the Capital (Columbus, OH)
• Incorporate Technology (when appropriate) towards improving
the efficiency of the District Operations
• Investigate the current Revenue Structure of the District and
identify recommendations for enhancements.
