rate in each affected wards to
pharmacy.
4. Inform Ms Grace Lam to transfer
patients to unaffected wards if
required.
1. Inform artisan to deliver
cylinders to affected wards
2. Contact HKO Emergency Line
(2372 2288 or 2661 0920
HKO) and request portable
cylinders.
3. Perform medical gas testing by
HKO, EMSD & Pharmacist if
high/medium hazard work is
carried out.
