Notice to the 2015 MOON Chapter Golf Outing Participants

We appreciate your support at previous MOON Chapter outings and hope we can count on your continued participation this year as it is what makes this annual event possible.

You are encouraged to bring a door prize. Our goal is to have one prize for each attendee. If you have handouts (i.e. tees, pens, can coolers, etc.) for the participant’s “goody bag,” those are also very much appreciated.

We are offering hole sponsorships again this year. The cost is $100.00 and entitles you to the following:  The placement of your sign on a designated hole.

Please bring your own signage if available – if not, we will have a sign made for an additional $100.00.

 You may have a representative(s) at the hole if desired to hand out “give-a-ways” to the golfers (100 – 120 anticipated).
